Privacy, plainly.

This site collects the minimum information needed to understand what the audience wants, respond when someone asks to hear from Younis, and fulfill purchases when merchandise is available.

Site measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, useful paths, approximate location, referring sites, and general browser or device information. Analytics storage starts denied. Google Analytics may use a first-party _ga cookie only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled in this implementation.

With analytics storage denied, Google’s Consent Mode may send limited measurement and consent signals without analytics cookies. Netlify may also provide aggregate traffic from server logs. Neither system is used here to build an advertising profile.

After you allow analytics, the site may measure non-personal actions such as viewing the tour, choosing a city ticket link, opening a merchandise item, beginning Square checkout, opening a music link, or completing a first-party form. These custom events never include an email address, question, city note, shipping address, payment details, or a full URL query.

Preferences on this device

If you choose Comedy, Music, Writing, or Live on the homepage, that preference is submitted once per browsing session without your email. The choice stays on this device for up to 30 days to personalize the next link. First-touch campaign details are also kept for up to 30 days; current-session attribution resets when the browser session ends. Only the page path, referring hostname, and the UTM source, medium, campaign, and content values are saved—never an arbitrary query string.

Forms

Audience choices, email subscriptions, city requests, and questions are handled by Netlify Forms. A submission may include your chosen interest, your email or message when you provide one, the allowed campaign parameters in the link you followed, the page path you landed on, and the referring website’s hostname. City requests also include the city and attendance intention you choose. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

Purchases and shipping

When merchandise sales are available, Merch uses Square for the product catalog and hosted checkout. Payment-card information is entered on Square’s checkout and is not stored by this site. Square may process the contact, shipping address, purchased items, and order status needed to complete and support an order.

Shipping labels may be purchased through Square’s Shippo connection and fulfilled through carriers such as FedEx. Younis Studios uses order and shipping information only to process, fulfill, support, refund, or account for purchases as required. Square, Shippo, and the selected carrier handle information under their own privacy terms.

What does not happen

Younis Studios does not sell audience data, enable Google advertising personalization through this implementation, use Meta or TikTok advertising pixels, fingerprint visitors, or collect precise location through this site.
